Smart Cab Starter System

An entire DCC system in the palm of your hand! This 1.5 Amp system can operate 2 or 3 HO sized trains, or 4 N scale trains.

This cab provides all of the capability and ease of use that you’ve heard about in our Power Pro system, at an entry level price. Installation is a snap. Hook two wires to your track and plug in the cab and you’re running trains under DCC using the most advanced entry level system on the market.

The Power CAB can be expanded into either a full NCE Pro with all the features you have come to expect from NCE or increase its power to run a larger layout with the Smart booster. The Smart booster increases the PowerCAB to a full 3 amps suitable for all small to medium layout's

SB3 Smart Booster

The SB3 Smart Booster expands the features of the Power Cab DCC System.
* Increases total power output to 3 amps
* Use up to 4 cabs with the SB3
* When using the SB3 the Power Cab now can be used a true walk around throttle
* Additional 3 amp booster the DB3 can be added for even more power capacity

* Maximum number of cabs: 4 all with walk-around with memory
* Maximum number of simultaneous trains: 12
* Functions controlled: 29
* Locomotive address range 1 -127 [shot] 0-9999 [long]
* Accessory Range : 1 - 2044
* Signal Address Range: 1 - 2044
* Maximum number of advanced consists: 16 [range 112 - 127]
* Maximum number of old style consists: 8
