NCE Australia Warranty Conditions.

The Conditions of the North Coast Engineering [NCE] are outlined in the Powerhouse Pro Manual and on the manuals and cards included with the separate items. The MRC as the Australian Agent has been approved to undertake warranty repairs, upgrades and replacements in Australia, on behalf of NCE.

The MRC reserves the right to repair, replace the item or return to the NCE factory for examination.

Only equipment purchased thru the MRC or one of its approved agents will be serviced by the MRC in Australia. Proof of purchase will be required for any warranty or repairs to proceed.

While a product may be repaired if faulty, we have no control over the conditions, circumstances, installation, existing wiring, environmental variables and conditions, user experience or inexperience, and anything else & etc. under which these products are installed, used, misused or otherwise. 

Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer, their agents or distributors be held liable in any way for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of any use, misuse, inability to use or otherwise of any devices, hardware, software or information on this site.

What do I do if I have a problem that I believe is warrantable.?

Contact NCE or the MRC to discusses the problem, many difficulties can be resolved by phone or e-mail. If the problem cannot be resolved you can elect to return the item to either NCE in the USA or to the MRC.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges - All equipment must be sent registered to our Post Office Box 4200 Marayong 2148. The MRC accepts no responsibility for the shipping of goods and we recommend that you insure all goods for their replacement value.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE MUST GOODS BE SENT TO THE SHOWROOM.

Decoder & Hardware Warranty.

All NCE Systems are covered by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturers fault and is fully outlined on the data sheet supplied with the products purchased. The MRC will not warrant any items not purchased from the MRC or a approved agent. Proof of purchase and a MRC/NCE warranty card is required.

NCE is the sole arbiter on warranty issues, the MRC will contact NCE were there is physical damage and we are bound by their decision.

The MRC will regard any Decoder or System that has been modified or shows any sign of physical damage as non-warrantable.

NO equipment is warranted for damaged due to faulty installation.
