The MRC has many customers that are using the NCE decoders with their Lenz
Systems.
We have received reports of the latest
Lenz Ver 3.5 software have reported a error 02 when trying to program the NCE
decoders. The problem is in the current Lenz software and should be
reported.
NCE has advises us that you should use
paged mode for programming if this problem arises. This should provide
more reliable results. Additionally were long address are required
directly programming CV17/18 and CV29 in another method that can be
examined. The best explanation of programming these CV can be found on the
Sound traxx Web Site for their DSD-150 sound decoder
From Lenz regard the Lenz Compact System
and programming NCE decoders

Please write a 1 in register 6.
Write the new address into register 1.
Please do this direct without reading the registers.
