System One & NCE
As you are aware with the death of Don
Wangrow his estate sold the System One name and designs to a buyer to be
identified. The MRC has only a few spares to meet outstanding warranty
requirements we can and no repairs to System One equipment can be
undertaken.
Effective immediately
NCE has announced that it will
discontinue support for System One.
Command Station.
The System One plug points will no longer operate with the new NCE Command
Stations. We have tested a stand alone command station with the boosters
and there appears to be no problems.
Plug points CBB-01
The System One phono plug points will not operate with the newer versions
of NCE powerhouse. In practical terms in the event of a failure of the
System One command station you will have to replace the existing CBB-01
cab bus with NCE UPT's. The older version of the command station do
operate as before. These can be identified by the two separate power
inputs, the new units only have one on the booster.
