The MRRC has tested the new
Blueline locomotives and they require more of a technical approach to
programming with a DCC decoder that the original QSI decoder equipped
equivalents. There is currently a issue with the sound decoders and
consisting that will have to use the NCE old style consist at this time
till BLI can solve the problem
